Hey Brian. Habits take time to form. Try it for 30 days. Put it on a daily Rich Habits checklist. It took me 40 days to stop from shaking my head in the affirmative whenever I met with people. We all have little odd things we do. the key is to make yourself aware of it on a daily basis.
