Rich Habits Lesson of the Day
For most of us, the only chance we have at having a mentor in life is our parents. When you are lucky enough to find a mentor it is like striking gold. The value of finding a mentor is $4 million. That is how much wealth the average wealthy individual in my research attributed to gaining due to their mentors. Good teachers are good mentors. Teacher-Mentors can change and shape the lives of so many children, propelling them to success. They can reinforce the mentoring children receive at home from their parents, or step in to provide the much needed success mentoring absent at home. Because of this, teachers have an enormous opportunity to help our children reach their unlimited potential in life.
