Below are the top four Neurotransmitters produced by the brain. I like to call them Happiness Neurotransmitters because when you boost the production and release of these chemicals, it gives you the emotional sensation known as Happiness.
Since 2004, I have been involved in concentrated study seeking to understand the neuroscience behind habits. My Rich Habits Research has helped me unlock the secrets of the brain, with respect to logic.

What a great list! Thanks for compiling. Which activities do you do most from this list? From the looks of it, you have exercising on there in multiple places, which is good to know that you can knock out more than one neurotransmitter with the same activity.
I do them all except: HIIT, Hiking, Meditation
Thanks for the reminder, greatly enjoyed this topic and boost examples.
