We all know daily exercise is good for us. But did you know that daily exercise also boosts brain performance?

A recent Study from the University of Oulu in Finland demonstrated that daily habits, such as exercise, improve brain connectivity between two different brain regions and this connectivity boosted memory and focus for fifteen days!

In the Study, physical activity such as exercise, had the most profound, long-lasting beneficial effects on memory and focus by connecting the frontoparietal network (CEO of the brain) with the somatomotor brain network, which is responsible for controlling movement.

The Study researchers concluded that maintaining healthy habits, such as daily exercise, optimizes brain function.
