How bad do you want it?

“It” being the realization of a dream or long-term goal.

The laziest individual, influenced by desire, will instantaneously morph into the hardest working individual. Desire springs forth from the pursuit of something you want so bad, it occupies your thinking every minute of every day.

When you find your “It”, growth, good daily habits and success will eventually follow.

The starting point for the realization of dreams and goals, is therefore, desire.

Find YOUR IT and no obstacle, pitfall, mistake or failure can stop you.

    Yes. When I want to get fit. You can put pizza, ice cream etc in front of me. I don’t care. I am focused! I will exercise every free moment. When I lose motivation– there is always an excuse–not today… I actually was hypnotized once and used subliminal messaging. For me–it was really helpful. Still there are triggers that deterred me–my sister-in-laws bakery and then my mother’s death. This time around I simply decided to focus and did not need a crutch. Getting the motivation, the “inside fire” that Alex said–that is the crux.
